At Ritz Smiles, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our well-informed staff. We ask that you please bring your insurance information with you to any initial consultations so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 610-964-0196.

In most cases, your co-payment will be estimated prior to treatment. If your decision to accept treatment depends upon insurance coverage please notify us and a Pre-determination of Benefits can be submitted to your insurance company.

Insurance companies are required to respond to claims within 30 days of receipt. Please call our office if you do not receive an Explanation of Benefits from your carrier indicating that your claim has been processed.

Whether you have dental insurance or not, some services are not covered. For this reason we have partnered with CareCredit and Chase Health Advance to help you get the healthy, radiant smile you have always wanted with low, monthly payment plans.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
